What to do in case of accident?

In the case of an accident with a car either at home or any kind of insurance, the first thing to do is communicate as soon as possible to your insurance company within up to 3 days.

In the case of being out of town can advance the process by calling to have a record of the incident but has not yet signed the relevant accident reports.

economically Never negotiate or agree with the opposite never under any circumstances, any proposal to resolve the incident without giving notice to your company. Let your agent or broker in charge of the process because that way you can never cheat and always will be a fair compensation.

In the event that the claim is in circulation, we recommend that you fill in the part known as the drafting of an accident and all companies to provide a policy and if you need more they are provided free of charge. Remember this statement does not imply recognition of responsibility by any parties just a statement of all data would facilitate all the formalities of the accident.

If you have a drafting of an accident should at least save the following data:

- place where the accident occurred (Street, City, etc ...)
- Date and Time sinister
- Name, address and telephone number of counter driver
- Number of ID or driver's driving license contrary
- company name, number Policy and maturity of the hand
- Vehicle data contrary (brand, model, registration)
- Witnesses if any (name, surname, ID number and telephone number)

Remember, never accept any responsibility, nor sign anything you are unsure (see 17418 law) and if not trust the veracity of the other driver's policy not hesitate to call the local police or Civil Guard.
